Wayfindr is a fast-growing logistics technology venture, developed in partnership with Eli5. Together we’ve built a next-generation end-to-end delivery management platform that is already reshaping last-mile logistics.
With the product’s success and growing demand, we’re now moving beyond vendor-dependent systems and scaling up our own in-house capabilities. That’s why we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to bring firepower into Wayfindr and lead the next stage of growth.
What you will do
- Build new features across both frontend and backend
- Maintain, improve, and extend existing systems
- Translate product requirements into well-structured, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with designers, backend/frontend developers, and product leads
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
- Ensure development efficiency, scalability, and reliability
What we are looking for
- 1–4 years of professional software development experience
- Solid experience with VueJS for frontend development
- Experience with NestJS or another modern Node.js backend framework
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and data modeling
- Understanding of caching with Redis
- Comfortable with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized environments
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Nice to have
- Experience deploying to AWS and working with Kubernetes
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures
- Background in logistics, supply chain, or B2B SaaS products
