Wayfindr is a fast-growing logistics technology venture, developed in partnership with Eli5. Together we’ve built a next-generation end-to-end delivery management platform that is already reshaping last-mile logistics.
With the product’s success and growing demand, we’re now moving beyond vendor-dependent systems and scaling up our own in-house capabilities. That’s why we’re looking for an Engineering Manager to bring firepower into Wayfindr and lead the next stage of growth.
What you’ll do
- Build and scale an agile engineering team, fostering ownership, accountability, and technical excellence.
- Lead the transition from vendor platforms to in-house delivery management technology with minimal disruption.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to align engineering with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Implement best practices in software architecture, system reliability, security, and scalability.
- Increase internal technology capacity while reducing vendor dependencies.
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern technologies and methodologies suited to logistics.
- Mentor engineers and promote a high-velocity, collaborative team culture.
What we’re looking for
- 8–12 years of engineering experience, with at least 3–5 years in team leadership or engineering management.
- Proven end-to-end architecture ownership and experience leading major platform transitions.
- Direct experience in logistics technology (delivery management systems, supply chain platforms, routing/tracking, or similar).
- Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and agile development.
- Skilled at building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth environments.
- Excellent communication skills for bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
- A passion for using technology to transform logistics operations and solve real-world challenges.
